Classic cocktails, and a LOT of Jack Daniel's.

Wonderful live jazz every night in an intimate, romantic setting. Prices are very reasonable for such a nice place. Friendliest service imaginable. On our second night we felt like old friends.
Highlights included the shrimp cocktail, which is deconstructed so you can adjust the spicy sauce and horseradish to your taste. Duke Wellington is a short ribs take on the classic Beef Wellington.
Excellent wine list with reasonable prices.

A fun stop, and more cheese than you've ever seen! But there's also lots more than cheese, including hundreds of hot sauces, and a wide variety of snacks.

What a lovely place to have a sandwich on an outdoor patio! There's a full traditional French bistro menu, and the Croque Monsieur was excellent. But the BLTA was the best I've ever had, with lots of crispy bacon and a spicy remoulade. Very friendly service and a nice selection of wines.

Wow, what an amazing collection of teeny tiny wonders. I was drawn by my interest in old toys, but it was the vast collection of miniatures that blew me away.
Great signage and information, and enthusiastic docents.
You could easily spend all day here. Allow at least two hours.

Great and inventive menu. I could graze on appetizers here all evening. Oh, wait, we did.
The ceviche and the fried oysters were highlights.
Reasonable sound levels and friendly service.

This is a terrific museum about the recovery of a mid 19th century steamboat. The storytelling is great, and there is an amazing collection of artifacts, due to the fact that the ship was perfectly preserved in 45 feet of mud for 150 years. It represents the largest collection of pre-Civil War artifacts anywhere. Highly recommended.

Contrary to what yelp says, this place has reopened. The menu is now hand written, but it is the same, excellent diner, type food with the same friendly service. When we visited, it was cash only due to the phone line being disconnected.
We enjoyed both the fried chicken and the chicken fingers. It's nice that they have servings sized for seniors as well as children. I hadn't seen that before.
It was actually full after church on Sunday, so it's definitely in business!

This is a phenomenal museum. Such clear story telling, and great displays. I knew very little about Hover and really came away with an appreciation for the man and his accomplishments. I wish we'd had more time here. Allow two hours.

I have no interest in cars or trucks. I loved this museum!
Each truck is presented with a paragraph that really brings its time, place, and use in perspective. If you are going past on I80 you really need to stop. And it's free.
I could easily have spent much more than the hour we had here.
