Good food with a New Orleans slant to many items. It's divided into two long narrows spaces, and the bar can actually be more pleasant compared to the dining room, depending on whether you are seated next to an obnoxiously loud six-top like we were. Interesting cocktail list, and a nice selection of wines by the glass. Friendly service.

Really homey decor and service is the highlight here. A extensive list of traditional Southern cooking, plu more than a dozen burgers. The five o'clock burger was just what I was looking for.

It's been a few years since our last visit to New Orleans and since I've long regarded this as the top restaurant in New Orleans, this was on our must visit list. It did not disappoint.
Service is that perfect combination of professionalism and Southern hospitality.
Highlights included the creative caviar service which includes three caviars you didn't order along with your selection.
The lobster pasta was also great.
10,00 bottle wine list does not disappoint.

My favorite thing about this restaurant is that it offers a chance to taste all of New Orleans' most famous dishes in one sampler plate: étouffée, red beans and rice, gumbo, and jambalaya. My favorite was the étouffée, although the red beans and rice are also excellent. They also make a good shrimp Po'boy sandwich.

One of the measures of a good Mexican restaurant is the quality of the refried beans and rice, and they do very well on both counts. A other measure is whether the nachos are made with melted cheese, and sadly this is just liquid queso.
Still, this is overall decent food, and convenient to the highway.

I love the flight concept here, where you get to try three things at a time, whether wines or food. This was our second visit, and the salad flight continues to be our favorite.
The noise level is energetic, but it's a bit quieter upstairs.
Service is very friendly and prices are reasonable.

Good quality Thai food with friendly service in a charming historical house. The choice of proteins for each dish includes fried chicken, which though non-traditional, turned out to be great with the garlic pepper broccoli. Generous portions and good prices.

Wonderful live jazz every night in an intimate, romantic setting. Prices are very reasonable for such a nice place. Friendliest service imaginable. On our second night we felt like old friends.
Highlights included the shrimp cocktail, which is deconstructed so you can adjust the spicy sauce and horseradish to your taste. Duke Wellington is a short ribs take on the classic Beef Wellington.
Excellent wine list with reasonable prices.
